| Self Development Preschool (SDP) provides a strong academic foundation for children ages 2-5. Through carefully designed thematic curriculum, caring and qualified staff members teach children at each stage of development.
SDP’s caring staff makes the school an exceptional environment for setting a foundation for lifelong learning. With one of the highest staff retention rates in the industry, SDP values high-quality teachers, and parents can feel confident in their child’s experience during this vital time of development.
SDP provides uniformity and consistency in learning opportunities for all ages. Through Summer Day Camp and before and after-school programs, children have extended opportunities to learn.
- Play: Children use toys and equipment to explore and continue their physical development.
- Friends: By learning to share, interact with friends and exert their own independence, children practice social skills.
- Language: Children learn sign language to express their emotions, and later learn letter shapes and sounds.
- Math: Students start working with numbers and quantities, because SDP believes a love for math and logical thinking begins early in life.
- Creativity: Through music and art, children develop their cognitive skills and express their feelings.
